Imperial Bourke Street Hotel is on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team. Offering a Sports Bar dining spaces a Rooftop and a spacious function area its easy to see why we are a local favorite and we need a high-energy leader to bring it all together!
Were seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience at a premium level. A leader who can execute activations build strongrelationships with local patrons & promoters loves a bit of footy and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager youll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. Were in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues adept at team leadership and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.
Whats on Offer:
- Generous Salary $110000 - $120000 Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- 3 years of Venue Management experience
- Experience working in an entertainment-focused venue
- Experience within the hospitality industry food and product knowledge
- Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
- Demonstrated team and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and change
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers Licence
