Raytheon is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) lead for the Product Integration Team (PIT) who will provide technical leadership through the hardware and software integration of a complex radar system. The PIT I&T Lead will be expected to implement the integration and test strategy for build packages from the release branch. They will be responsible for system level end-to-end IQSIM testing regression and analysis. They will lead a multi-disciplined team through integration and test activities while working to program schedule. The PIT I&T Lead will interface with the engineering and program management team as well as Land Based Test Site and Shipyard teams while implementing best practices provide mentoring and guidance to the team and identify lessons learned to drive improvements to the integration process and schedule.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement day-to-day integration test plans and metrics based on program milestones.
- Provide comprehensive assessments of the integration and testing of deliverable system.
- Develop regression testing update test architecture and plan test coverage for new capabilities.
- Lead successful technical execution of complex integration and test events.
- Interface with both Engineering and Program Leadership.
- Interface with customer and other external stakeholders on technical progress and status.
- Work with CPT lead to characterize staffing needs and develop transition plans.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with integration system radar and/or test.
- Experience with a test facility shipyard and/or lab.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in MATLAB.
- Familiarity with UNIX and the ability to work in UNIX-based environments.
- Experience with automated software testing.
- Experience with software configuration management tools and processes.
- Experience with agile development tools.
- Experience working with the US Navy customer.
- Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration Verification and/or Validation
- Masters degree in engineering Computer Science Math Applied Physics or Systems Engineering

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
