About the Role
As a Full-Time Outbound call center child support specialist you will be responsible for: - Answer inbound calls regarding child support cases.
- Handle standards in a fast-paced large call volume environment.
- Utilize multiple computerized systems multi-tasking and document each call.
- Respond to South Carolina child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures.
- Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.
- Inform callers about the services available and assess the callers needs.
- Provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor.
Requirementsto be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years experience in a call center/data entry environment.
- Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business needs may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $16.00.
