What Youll Do:
- Submit hundreds of invoices weekly through the Crown FleetSTATS portal across multiple states ensuring every detail meets strict customer requirements and deadlines
- Review verify and correct billing discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and prevent rejections
- Work closely with dispatchers service techs and managers to ensure work orders are accurate and complete
- Cross-reference detailed line items to verify invoice accuracy and resolve issues flagged as invalid by Crown
- Keep clear up-to-date records of invoice statuses using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Manage biweekly Crown wire payments and allocate funds appropriately
- Communicate with customers to clarify invoice details and support timely payment
- All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Need:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Solid data entry skills and experience using Excel
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Team player mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
