Job Title: General Laborer
Job Summary: Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning trash pickup and removal of common areas
- Cleaning sidewalks walkways and parking lots
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting material moves event setup/teardown assisting Maintenance staff with various minor maintenance items)
Assist with vendor coordination email & WO system communication
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year related experience.
- Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus
- Ability to read and write English

- Ability to calculate simple addition and subtraction

- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Show strong customer service skills
