Roofing Project Coordinator Opportunity - $20-$30/hr

The Role:
As aRoofing Project Coordinator youll be the backbone of our operations ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your organizational skills and hands-on approach will keep our teams on track our clients happy and our reputation strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to completion
- Manage materials track deliveries returns and inventory
- Document progress with photos invoices and updates in AccuLynx
- Visit job sites daily to oversee quality and resolve issues
- Liaise between clients crews and office teams for flawless communication
- Pitch in physically (lifting up to 100 lbs cleanup etc.) when needed
Requirements
- 1 year in construction coordination or project support (roofing experience a plus)
- Tech-savvy with tools like AccuLynx Excel or project software
- Organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong communicatoryoull be the glue between teams
- Problem-solver who adapts to changes on the fly
- Bilingual; Spanish
