What are we looking for
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager at a property with revenue of $30M and 500 rooms.
- Proven experience leading transformative operational changes that drive improved bottom-line results while maintaining competitive RPI performance and exceptional guest experience in dynamic urban markets such as downtown Atlanta.
- Extensive experience managing group convention and corporate business segments to drive occupancy revenue and market share in competitive environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
- Proven experience and passion building engaging service cultures mentoring and developing high performing teams
- Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hilton brand experience
- Local market experience
