Who We Are Looking For:
Every day Cambias dedicated team of Account Executives are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Washington Sales team our Account Executives manage strategic accounts retains group business in their territory and cultivates broker relationships while cross-selling additional products. This client-focused role requires strong relationship management skills and may involve working independently or as part of a collaborative team all in service of making our members health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed or must become licensed within 90 days of hire to sell insurance (health life and /or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities.
Must have a valid state drivers license.
Skills and Attributes:
Proficient in desktop applications (email word processing spreadsheets presentations)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective organization and prioritization to meet deadlines
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Willing to engage in after-hours community/networking opportunities
Results-driven with focus on achieving or exceeding goals
Self-motivated with enthusiastic committed approach to work
Adaptable to changing priorities while representing Regence professionally
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Responsible for retaining profitable group business
Manages relationships with brokers/agents/groups to foster lifetime member connections
Works effectively in team environments and with cross-functional departments (Underwriting Customer Service Claims etc.)
Establishes and maintains key account prospect lists for cross-selling opportunities
Develops and implements customer service plans to meet established standards
Anticipates customer needs and demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities
Monitors business/industry conditions and competitive activities
Adapts sales approaches based on changing market conditions
The expected hiring range for the Washington Account Executive role is $78000 - $93200 depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. This role has a robust incentive plan based on individual and organizational goal achievement. The current full salary range for this role is $78000 - $106000. #LI-hybrid
