Atrium Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at the Omaha Embassy Suitesa vibrant 249-suite hotel with over 16500 sq. ft. of flexible event space. In this key leadership role you will oversee the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments ensuring smooth daily operations and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are ready to make a meaningful impact wed love for you to bring your passion and leadership to our team.

Starting Salary: $70000 - $85000
Bonus Eligible

What You Will Do:
Team Leader: Guide and support your team through daily operations ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Revenue Pro: Oversee daily processes and deliver timely accurate revenue reports with precision.
Cash Expert: Manage house funds and resolve cashier discrepancies with skill and attention to detail.
Month-End Specialist: Complete month-end tasks and general ledger duties like a pro ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
3 years of hotel department leadership experience: Demonstrates a solid track record of leading hotel operations managing teams and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems Birch Street Concur ProfitSage Sage300 Workday: These tools ensure smooth operations accurate reporting and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
Integrity Champion: Build trust with direct honest communication ensuring a respectful and reliable environment.
Decisions with Confidence: Use experience and sound judgment to make swift impactful decisions that enhance guest experiences and drive business success.
