Job Description

Minor in-office procedures and testing: COVID testing Strep Throat Influenza testing Splinter removal Urinalysis/HCG testing and analysis knowledge of performing phlebotomy (MA on staff can perform phlebotomy but may need to occasionally preform if she is not available in office) administering nebulizer and reading EKGs. -Cerumen impaction removal Eye care (eye wash available in office for foreign body) Pap Smears and STD testing Breast examination complete annual physical exams- referrals to appropriate physicians for preventative care wound care (minor burns cuts blisters) evaluating acute musculoskeletal injuries and splinting minor injuries
