Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Expert with strong experience in the telecommunications sector to drive digital transformation optimize customer engagement and support the adoption of next-generation technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing customer journeys enhancing digital channels and leveraging data to improve service delivery and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital transformation initiatives across consumer and enterprise business units including B2C B2B and wholesale segments.
Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital channels (web mobile app self-service portals e-care platforms).
Collaborate with product marketing IT and network teams to ensure digitally integrated service offerings (e.g. bundled services OTT 5G).
Analyze customer behavior service usage and digital KPIs to optimize the digital customer journey and reduce churn.
Support the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g. chatbots recommendation engines predictive analytics) for customer service and personalization.
Ensure seamless integration of CRM billing OSS/BSS systems with front-end digital platforms.
Monitor industry trends in 5G IoT cloud services and network virtualization providing strategic digital insights.
Drive agile product development and fast iteration cycles for digital features and services.
Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams leverage customer insights and real-time analytics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR telecom-specific standards).


Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications Digital Business Computer Science or a related field.
experience in digital strategy or transformation roles within the telecom or technology sector.
Strong understanding of telco infrastructure customer lifecycle and digital ecosystems.
Experience with telecom platforms (e.g. Salesforce Amdocs Ericsson Huawei Netcracker).
Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Adobe Experience Cloud).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to drive change across business units.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with eSIM provisioning omnichannel customer support digital onboarding.
Experience in cloud-native environments APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of network technologies (5G fiber IoT) and their digital business impact.
