Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join Podar International School in Kankavli. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with a passion for teaching and shaping young minds. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise as a Mother teacher with the ability to create nurturing educational experiences (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in English language teaching able to convey lessons with clarity and engagement (Mandatory skill).
- Experience as an English Faculty with an emphasis on curriculum development and critical thinking promotion (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to serve as a Sports Teacher encouraging physical education and team spirit among students.
- Skilled in computer instruction integrating technology into classroom learning to enhance student engagement.
- Competency in teaching mathematics focusing on foundational understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students parents and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and evolving educational setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interactive and engaging lesson plans for primary students in alignment with school curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment tools and provide constructive feedback.
