We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team and represent NIO vehicles in the Greek market. NIO is a global premium electric vehicle brand that redefines mobility through cutting-edge innovation and design. As the official representative of NIO in Greece we bring its pioneering technology and exceptional user experience to the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the NIO brand and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Support test drives vehicle configurations and the delivery process
- Document prospects and customers interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Contribute to the showrooms daily operations and the achievement of sales targets
- Stay up to date with NIO products features and EV technologies to effectively communicate their value
- Support promotional activities related to the NIO brand
- Ensure the visual merchandising of the showroom reflects the premium character of NIO
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales of cars
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- BA in Business Marketing or related field will be considered an asset
- Good use of MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Excellent command of the English language
