Head of Continuous-Improvement (m/f/d)

Our site in Regensburg is a competence center for high potent solids e.g. cancer medicines.
Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of the Regensburg site through the development and execution of a comprehensive medium- to long-term plan. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes eliminating inefficiencies and driving sustainable improvements across all operational areas.
- Lead cost reduction and profitability initiatives
- Optimize product portfolio and rationalize production capacity
- Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and operational performance
- Strengthen quality and safety standards
- Enhance customer service levels
- Drive the sites master plan for continuous improvement
- Define KPIs and implement monitoring systems to track progress and impact on P&L
- Promote lean thinking and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with site leadership on cost-saving initiatives and organizational transformation
Your profile
University degree or equivalent in Operations Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
ManagementProven track record in leading transformative operational initiatives within a manufacturing or
industrial environmentIn-depth expertise in lean methodologies including Voice of the Customer process efficiency
performance management organizational development and behavioral changeStrong knowledge of transformation frameworks including preparation diagnostics future state
design tactical implementation planning execution and continuous improvementExperienced in designing and establishing continuous improvement (CI) structures and leveraging
business intelligence toolsExcellent project management team leadership and coaching skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
Fluent in German and proficient in English
