Help shape the future of one of Canadas most iconic brands! Philadelphia Cream Cheese is a category leader with deep roots and big ambitions. As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) youll be a leader in the business and play a key role in driving the future of this iconic brand in Canada. This is a high-impact high-visibility role at the heart of our Canadian marketing team offering real ownership exciting challenges and room to grow.
As an ABM youll have the opportunity to lead the brand in Canada building and executing 3-year strategic plans that are tailored to the Canadian market. Youll manage the brands P&L lead cross-functional teams and be at the center of everything from product innovation to go-to-market execution. With a core brand and healthy budgets youll have the resources to make a real impact. Plus youll be part of an ambitious marketing team that values new ideas fast action and recognizes great work.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100300.00 - $125400.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
