Generate qualified leads align prospects with targeted Industries and Programs and create sales opportunities for Client Executives (CEs). Work closely with the Client Executive team and engaging prospects through cold outreach to bridge the gap between lead generation and CE engagement. This role will directly contribute to pipeline expansion and new revenue generation. The ideal candidate is confident persistent and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and Research Leads: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about them.
Engage with Prospects: Reach out to potential clients proactively through various channels including email phone calls and social media to introduce the company and its offerings.
Qualify Leads: Assess the interest and readiness of leads to purchase ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed to the sales team.
Pipeline: Maintain and develop a clean and up-to-date pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct follow-ups with leads consistently to advance conversations and move prospects through the pipeline.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads on prospect pipelines and outreach efforts
Maintain CRM Systems: Update and manage the customer relationship management (EPIC) system with accurate lead information and interactions.
Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation sales or marketing preferably in a B2B environment.
Prospecting: Comfortable and confident with high-volume cold calling and email prospecting.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine lead generation processes and improve conversion rates.
Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach to lead generation ensuring that the sales pipeline remains robust and active.
