Mulgrave School is looking for a dynamic passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Events to lead our Events team and bring our calendar of school-wide celebrations ceremonies and special occasions to life. From dazzling galas and spirited assemblies to elegant graduations and global conferences your work will shape the experiences that bring our community together.
What Youll Do:
- Lead inspire and support a team of talented event professionals
- Plan and execute a diverse range of school events with precision and flair
- Collaborate across departmentsfrom academics to leadershipto deliver seamless experiences
- Manage budgets negotiate with vendors and oversee logistics with excellence
- Be hands-on and solutions-driven from ideation to wrap-up
- Bring fresh ideas and innovation to elevate our event experience year after year
What You Bring:
- A degree in Events Hospitality Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience)
- Confidence in team leadership scheduling and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communication time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and unconventional hours as needed
- Comfort with tech tools like Eventbrite Google Workspace and more
- A creative eye and keen attention to detail that never misses a beat
Bonus: Youve got your own transportation arent afraid to lift a few boxes (up to 40lbs!) and hold certifications like First Aid Serving It Right and Food Safe (or are willing to get them).

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65000 - $75000.
