We are looking for you
Sourcing Manager to join our Supply and Trading team in Australia.
Help build a low-carbon fuel future for Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
At Neste were scaling up the regional supply of renewable fuels to support Australias energy transition improve fuel security and accelerate decarbonisation across the broader Asia-Pacific. Join us in sourcing the sustainable feedstocks that make this possible.
You will focus on design implement and manage sourcing strategies for a specific geographic area to secure a reliable and sustainable supply of feedstock aligned with Nestes global strategy optimizing costs and logistics. Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
Manage Supply Ecosystem: Build strong supplier relationships expand supplier pool and integrate sustainability practices
Execute Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement sourcing strategy for the region overseeing logistics contracts and strategy execution.
Drive Market Advantage: Provide market analysis identify trading opportunities and promote sustainability within the supply chain.
Secures a diverse and sustainable feedstock supply chain crucial for Nestes business model.
Optimizes logistics and negotiates favorable contracts reducing costs and improving profitability.
Enhances Nestes market positioning by building strong supplier relationships and identifying new trading opportunities.
Balancing the need to secure a consistent supply of feedstock with the requirement to optimize costs and maintain sustainability standards in a dynamic market environment.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
Bachelors degree (Post-grad considered a plus) in business engineering environment or similar field
3 years experience in procurement or biofuel feedstock supply/trading (energy markets knowledge a plus).
Strong analytical organizational communicationinterpersonal skills. Exposure to physical logistics & regulatory concepts.
