Job Description
ING Australia is embarking on an ambitious transformation journeyand were looking for a dynamic leader to help shape our future. As Head of Transformation youll join the COO Leadership Team and lead the coordination and oversight of strategic change delivery across the organisation.
Youll play a pivotal role in aligning enterprise-wide change with our strategic goals guiding investment planning and ensuring seamless delivery across transformation initiatives. Youll oversee the pipeline of projects and provide regular reporting to the Executive ING Australia Board and ING Group.
Further the role is critical in working with the Executive and senior leaders to ensure alignment between the organizational strategy and change delivery capabilities.
What youll do
- Develop and maintain the reporting and analytics framework to support portfolio performance tracking across Tribes.
- Support Tribes and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) with project planning and fulfilment of both local and global reporting requirements including strategic milestone and financial metrics.
- Facilitate the coordination and delivery of strategic plans and priorities across Tribe and CoE functions.
- Lead the development and execution of the people strategy within the Transformation function to uplift capability and foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop communication and execute communication activities objectives and progress on behalf of Transformation office to internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance internal and external communication across ING
What were looking for
- Experience in managing a Transformation / Program Management Office.
- Experience in working in a global organisation with stakeholders in multiple countries.
- 10 years Project Management experience Finance or Tech background preferred.
- Experience in development and implementation of change management and communication plans is ideal.
- Proficiency in building relationships well developed interpersonal skills and proven team development skills.
