About the Opportunity:
We have multiple opportunities available for enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists to join our combined hospitals and aged care project on a fixed-term full time basis. These exciting opportunities will primarily within our aged care facilities located in Brisbanes northern suburbs. You will be responsible for assessing treating and preventing a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders of patients.
A snapshot of your duties include:
Mobility assessment and equipment prescription
Falls prevention implementation
Education of facility staff and carers
Facilitate exercise and wellness programs for resident

Things that work for us:
Ability to work on full time fixed term basis (38 hours per week)
Current registration with AHPRA
Relevant physiotherapy qualification
Minimum of 1 year experience working within aged care and/or hospital facility
Strong professionalism and commitment to patient centred care
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends
