About Us
- Fun family-focused clinic with great staff! Our number one focus is treating every client and pet like they are our own family members. We also work hard to ensure our work culture is top-notch! We will not tolerate toxic staff OR clients. We strive to ensure our staff feels appreciated and backed up. Our doctors are KIND! Youll never be yelled at in our office. We are currently seeing cats dogs pocket pets and all reptiles (except venomous snakes).

- We are a fast-paced hospital with 4 DVMs. We are a paper-light hospital using Cornerstone Software.
- We keep great business hours that allows for a personal life outside of work. M-F 8-5 and Saturday 8-4 closed Sunday with no overnights or emergency call in.

Heres what we are looking for:
Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter independent ambitious provides great customer service is detail oriented and reliable. You should be a fast typer move quickly able to multi-task and process financial transactions accurately. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
- Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed
- Process client cash credit card & other payment transactions
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
- Handle high volume of clients
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to be confident around pets
- Previous experience with cornerstone desired
- Bi-lingual preferred
