Job Description
High Point University is a medium-sized liberal arts university in central North Carolina with approximately 5000 undergraduate students. HPU is dedicated to the student experience. It offers consistent research support and an overall competitive employment package. The Psychology Department offers a B.S. in psychology with approximately 250 majors and 135 minors.
Qualifications:
We invite teacher-scholars who are committed to excellence in teaching and who approach their work with a scholar-mentor mindset to join our collaborative and supportive academic community. Teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Psychology Abnormal Psychology Research Methods and established upper-level departmental courses within the applicants area of training. We value candidates who maintain an active and sustainable research program that complements their teaching and mentoring.
