We are looking for a Junior People Partner who can build sustainable professional relationships and be a trusted partner to our contractors and company managers.

As a Junior People Partner you will play a key role in supporting contractors throughout their journey from onboarding and integration to ongoing growth and career progression. You will work closely with HR Business Partners company managers and contractors to drive organizational effectiveness talent management and high levels of engagement.

Supporting contractors based in different countries you will also contribute to global HR processes and initiatives ensuring best practices and coordination across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers on critical HR matters such as contractor performance engagement and retention providing timely insights and actionable recommendations
  • Consult and guide employees on career development company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and proactively report on retention risks
  • Prepare and provide departmental reports metrics and information to HR Business Partners and the management team.
  • Maintain employment records related to retention promotions performance management and terminations.
  • Work with HR analytics including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR practices.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant HR or people-related experience
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to handle complex situations and deliver effective solutions
  • Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and platforms and able to quickly adapt to new technologies
