R20k - R25k CTC

What the job involves...

Supporting the end-to-end implementation of impactful learning programmes

Helping manage project delivery plans onboarding and programme rollouts

Building strong supportive relationships with learners
-
Coaching on professional behaviour communication and work readiness
-
Running agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
-
Helping learners overcome blockers and reach their full potential
-
Creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration
-
Scheduling assigning and monitoring project tasks
-
Tracking progress and maintaining high-quality learner data
-
Facilitating work experience placements for learners
-
Reporting on learner outcomes and escalating issues as needed
-
Liaising with internal teams and supporting seamless delivery
What you need to be considered...
-
3 5 years experience in youth coaching learner support facilitation or similar roles
-
Project management experience and/or time in the corporate education sector is a plus
-
Understanding of skills development B-BBEE and/or SETA environment is an advantage
-
Highly organised outcome-driven and proactive
-
Personable diplomatic and a true team player
-
Excellent time management and attention to detail
-
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
-
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
