Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a focus on Healthcare seeking a new challenge We have a Contract to Hire position available that might just be the perfect fit for you!
**Position Details:**
- Location: Hartford CT (Hybrid role 3 days in-office per week)
- Experience Required:
- 6 years as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and backlog grooming
- Extensive experience in driving conversations across various departments
- Minimum 3 years in a recent healthcare setting
- Previous involvement in projects like Mental Health Parity
- 2 years as a BA within the IT sector
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Strong background in data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable Skills:**
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory programs
- Experience in data mapping and source to target mapping
**Soft Skills:**
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency in navigating complex matrixed environments
- Track record of successful collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
