Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Vestibular Rehabilitation
Location: Farmington Hills MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist with a strong interest or experience in Vestibular Rehabilitation to join our growing team in Farmington Hills MI. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with dizziness vertigo balance disorders and related vestibular conditions. Youll work in a collaborative patient-centered environment where your expertise makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with vestibular dysfunction including BPPV vestibular neuritis post-concussion syndrome and balance disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on vestibular rehab and balance retraining.

Educate patients and families on condition management and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with physicians audiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Document all evaluations treatments and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Stay current with evidence-based practices in vestibular rehabilitation and physical therapy.
Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan (or eligible for licensure).

Experience or strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation.

Strong communication clinical reasoning and patient education skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:

Completion of coursework or certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation (e.g. APTA vestibular courses Emory or Herdman training).

Experience with post-concussion management and balance training programs.
