Job Description
Job Title: T-CNACNA
Job Location: Roswell New Mexico
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Assist with bathing dressing toileting grooming feeding and mobilization such as transfers and turning to prevent bedsores.
- Take and accurately record vitals (blood pressure pulse temperature respirations). Report anomalies to supervising nurse.
- Serve meals assist with feeding track intake/output and support patients with dietary needs.
- Maintain clean and safe patient rooms; change linens; transport patients as needed; answer call lights promptly.
- Observe patients for changes in physical or emotional condition (e.g. bruises pressure sores mental status) and report observations.
- Under supervision assist with non-invasive care: dressings enemas heat/ice packs specimen collection.
- Record care provided follow HIPAA and facility protocols maintain confidentiality and assist in educational compliance.
- Collaborate with nurses physicians therapy staff and families to support patient centered care
