About Fello:
Fello is a game based savings and investment application for the gen-z and young millennial of India to Save Play and Earn returns more than a traditional savings bank account. We are merging the world of gaming and finance to build better financial profiles for our users and engage them into healthy finance through gaming. Founded by Manish Maryada and Shourya Lala Fello has been incubated and funded by Entrepreneur First and also a part of the Bharat Inclusion Programme.
Roles and responsibilities of Marketing Associate:
* Create digital marketing implementation schedules.
* Promote Fello s products and services on various social media channels.
* Build a digital marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.
* Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company s social content visibility.
* Achieve audience engagement and website traffic by working on all digital marketing aspects of our social media.
* Manage and maintain the company s owned media including websites mobile apps and email/CRM software.
* Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM Display Social).
* Set up conversion pixel and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
* Conduct research on market trends brand s audiences and competitors and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
* Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
* Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms digital marketing trends new technologies and share insights with the rest of the team.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
* Prior experience in B2C Tech/ FinTech platforms.
* Bachelors degree in marketing communication or related field.
* Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist of 2-3 years.
* Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major social media channels.
* Positive attitude a passion for building business and a great social media game.
