Job Description

Athletic Trainer Training & Development

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a certified Athletic Trainer to train and support clinical and non-clinical teams. This role goes beyond traditional athletic training youll coach teach and create engaging training content to empower healthcare staff and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead in-person and virtual trainings for new hires and front-line staff

Develop and deliver video tutorials and training materials

Partner with clinical leaders to maintain up-to-date accurate training content

Provide ongoing staff support refreshers and onboarding assistance

Requirements

Qualifications:

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with BOC certification and state license (or eligibility)

BLS certification required

New grads welcome; teaching or coaching experience preferred

Strong communication presentation and organizational skills
