Job Description
About the Role
The selected candidate will support and manage core IT infrastructure operations and asset management. This role is fully onsite and includes hands-on responsibilities ranging from user support to server configuration and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement enterprise-level policies and procedures for maintaining the IT Asset Inventory.
Plan and implement current and future system processes including user interface improvements and security policies.
Monitor and maintain the IT Requests mailbox ensuring timely delegation and resolution of user issues.
Provide IT support via phone email and in person to resolve technical requests effectively.
Install troubleshoot upgrade and maintain systems applications workstations printers and wireless devices.
Collaborate with internal technical staff to support and resolve IT service requests.
Facilitate video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
Manage logistics of shipping equipment to various DOC facility locations.
Receive and document incoming IT equipment.
Manage equipment surplus processes.
Maintain a real-time electronic inventory system for hardware software and peripherals.
Ensure equipment inventory is stocked to prevent disruptions to operations.
Train interns on technical applications and systems.
Fulfill other duties tasks or assigned projects as needed.
Provide field coordination and planning to optimize use of management information systems.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience installing and rebuilding servers; configuring hardware peripherals services settings directories and storage per standards.
3 years of hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (O365).

Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience working within Scrum frameworks 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis (including use cases) 4+ years of experience with Business Process Flow documentation 3+ years of Product Management experience 5+ years applying Business Analysis tools and techniques 5+ years working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies 4+ years of strong facilitation skills in collaborative environments 3+ years of experience with a technical background supporting Preferred Qualities & Soft Skills Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and facilitate stakeholder discussions Effective communicator across technical and business audiences Flexible, adaptive, and able to manage shifting priorities Skilled in Agile tools, backlog management, estimation, and refinement Strong facilitation skills and understanding of software development lifecycles
