Accurately input and manage client and project data including intake bidding submissions and approvals.
Track project status and ensure updates are reflected promptly across relevant departments.
Record and maintain client feedback notes to support service quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and documentation are aligned.
Identify and suggest improvements to internal systems and workflows for better efficiency and usability.
Generate basic project reports and assist in documentation management.
Communicate with contractors and general contractors (GCs) to clarify project details as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination data entry or operations support preferably in construction or engineering.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom Microsoft Teams and email platforms.
Excellent attention to detail time management and documentation skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to suggest and support process and system improvements.
