Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Cadetship Program Management
Design and implement structured finance cadetship programs for early-career talents.
Coordinate with the financial account and HR in identifying high-potential cadets and ushering them to employment.
Facilitate onboarding financial training mentoring and job assignments.
Monitor cadet progress and provide development feedback and reporting to stakeholders.
financial acumen at all levels.
2. Organizational Development Initiatives
Support talent development initiatives.
Partner with business leaders in conducting needs assessments and capability gap analyses.
Contribute to change management culture-building and performance enablement projects.
Provide learning solutions to support transformation efforts.
3. HR Strategy and Evaluation
- Track and analyze training impact using relevant metrics using Kirkpatrick s evaluation
- Maintain learning records feedback loops and continuous improvement plans for training programs.
- Act as a key liaison between HR and with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated learning experiences.
- Drive employee engagement and learning awareness to the whole IO community.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Human Resources Organizational Development or related field; Master s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in L&D Organizational Development or Finance Training.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in program design facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication project management and analytical skills.
- Experience working with HRIS/LMS platforms and designing blended learning solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in cadetship near hire training or early-career development programs.
- Certification in instructional design coaching or OD frameworks is an advantage.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks leadership pipelines or performance systems.
College degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study 3-6 years of work experience; Investment Management Accounting experience Microsoft Office: Word and Excel are a must - required Experience in Geneva and Black Mountain Systems is preferred
