Job Description
This is a remote position.
Maintenance & Support (Practice Management Software):
- Diagnose and fix bugs in the existing application.
- Implement minor updates and new feature requests as needed.
- Optimize app performance and maintain system stability.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with the founding team on improvements.
CRM Development (Pet Services):
- Adapt and repurpose the existing system for use in the pet services industry.
- Remove medical-specific features and integrate CRM-focused functionality.
- Redesign workflows and UI for pet service business needs.
- Develop test and refine new features ahead of the CRM launch.
- Initial part-time or contract role with strong potential for long-term engagement.
