We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our medical equipment sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives managing a high-performing team and expanding our client base across healthcare institutions and providers. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a solid track record in medical or healthcare-related sales.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends customer needs and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts budgets and performance targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with hospitals clinics diagnostic centres and other healthcare providers.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking referrals and cold outreach.
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and conferences.
Lead supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed set targets.
Conduct regular training performance reviews and mentoring for team members.
Foster a results-oriented culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company s medical products and solutions.
Present and promote products to healthcare professionals procurement officers and decision-makers.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide post-sales support where necessary.
Track monitor and analyze sales performance data and KPIs.
Prepare periodic sales reports and recommendations for business improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Life Sciences or a related field.
Professional certifications in sales healthcare marketing or project management are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare sector.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
Knowledge of local healthcare procurement processes is a plus.
