Our client is a baby care brand known for its commitment to clean-label non-toxic and high-performance products for modern families. With a strong presence in both e-commerce and retail channels they are expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia.


Job Summary

We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to support and drive the growth of the brand s digital sales channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data user experience and digital innovation. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day e-commerce operations optimizing product visibility managing platform performance and contributing to campaign execution across marketplaces and the brand s website

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop and other third-party channels

  • Manage and update product listings pricing promotions and inventory accuracy

  • Coordinate online campaigns and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing efforts

  • Analyze sales performance and platform data to generate insights and actionable recommendations

  • Work closely with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery

  • Optimize online merchandising user journey and site navigation to drive higher conversion rates

  • Support customer acquisition efforts through coordination with performance marketing and content teams

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in E-Commerce Marketing Business Administration or related fields

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce digital retail or online sales operations

  • Strong understanding of key e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop)

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager or marketplace dashboards

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
