Job Summary
We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to support and drive the growth of the brand s digital sales channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data user experience and digital innovation. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day e-commerce operations optimizing product visibility managing platform performance and contributing to campaign execution across marketplaces and the brand s website
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop and other third-party channels
Manage and update product listings pricing promotions and inventory accuracy
Coordinate online campaigns and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing efforts
Analyze sales performance and platform data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
Work closely with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
Optimize online merchandising user journey and site navigation to drive higher conversion rates
Support customer acquisition efforts through coordination with performance marketing and content teams
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities
Bachelor s degree in E-Commerce Marketing Business Administration or related fields
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce digital retail or online sales operations
Strong understanding of key e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop)
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager or marketplace dashboards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
