Position Title: Waiter Apprenticeship Program
Greet guests politely and assist them in seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately assisting the captain.
Serve dishes efficiently and handle service-ware with care.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of tables and dining area.
Maintain grooming standards and follow hygiene protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and complaints respectfully.
Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Requirements
Education : Diploma / Certificate Course in F&B (1 months 6 months
Experience : Fresher or 6 months in a restaurant/hotel
Language Skills :
Basic English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a
plus
Physical Requirements : Physically fit good stamina ability to stand for long hours
Other Requirements : Willingness to follow restaurant shifts and holiday schedules
