We are seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Futian Shenzhen. This is a full-cycle recruitment role involving both business development and candidate management. You will play a vital role in sourcing top talent and building strong long-term client relationships across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client accounts through research networking and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source and attract candidates through job boards social media referrals and databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit for client roles
- Manage the full placement process from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Provide regular updates to clients and deliver outstanding recruitment services
- Meet individual and team targets related to placements and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with market trends salary data and competitor activities

- Bachelor s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a 360/full-cycle role
- Proven ability in sales or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools ATS and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local labor laws and industry-specific hiring trends
- Foreign candidates must meet Chinese work visa requirements
