Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coface you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment strategy and building a diverse high-quality talent pipeline. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and engage top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across multiple departments.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media job boards and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening interviewing feedback and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Prior experience in financial services (insurance banking) or in a consulting/recruitment agency with financial services specialization is mandatory.
- Proven success in recruiting across various levels and functions.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SmartRecruiters or similar recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with Boolean search and social recruiting tools.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficient in recruitment software and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Adaptable proactive and solution-oriented.
- Committed to diversity equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
