The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Solid track record in business development or sales within the IT sector with the ability to immediately contribute to our growth.
- Demonstrated career stability and progression showing commitment to long-term evergreen sales
- Enthusiasm for proactive outbound sales and cold calling with a focus on developing and managing a portfolio of partners to serve as an extension of our sales force in the market.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly establish rapport and build trust particularly with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering training sessions and workshops to external audiences including creating and presenting effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Highly self-motivated resilient and results-oriented with a proactive and determined approach to achieving targets by trying proven sales techniques and being innovative
