Were looking for a PMO Lead contractor to join us on-a 6-month basis. This role is critical to lead and empower the PMO team at CityFibre driving impactful change across four key portfolios while supporting senior leaders and ensuring smooth successful project delivery.
What youll be doing:
- Lead with impact by guiding the PMO for CityFibres Operational Change group supporting four exciting portfoliosfrom innovative products to brilliant basics
- Bring clarity and confidence by creating clear executive-level reporting on project progress risks and interdependencies helping everyone stay aligned and informed
- Collaborate and empower teams and stakeholders ensuring projects are well-governed delivered on time and supported by strong business cases
- Champion best practices in portfolio and project management using tools like MS Project and PPM software to keep everything running smoothly
- Inspire positive change by using data and insight to drive improvements support benefit realisation and help shape a culture of continuous growth and excellence

- A keen eye for governance and control ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business cases and objectives
- Experience in change and improvement delivery ideally in a fast-paced customer-focused environment with a passion for creating better ways of working
