Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent junior in Netcompany
As an Application Support Agent junior you will:
- Provide user guidance and support for the use of information systems and ICT tools
- Follow up on incidents related to information systems
- Handle and monitor user requests
- Analyze report and follow up on bugs
- Draft user documentation for information systems
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base content
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Experience in end-user support for information systems
- Solid general IT knowledge
- Familiarity with wikis collaborative platforms and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable participating in multilingual meetings
- Strong team spirit with a detail-oriented and structured approach
- Adaptability to multicultural international environments within large-scale projects
- High level of discretion and integrity due to the sensitive nature of the data involved
