Job Description
Turner & Townsend Heery are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer to join our team. The CAD / BIM Designer will create detailed design drawings using software such as AutoCAD Revit or similar programs. The CAD / BIM Designer will work closely with other members of the design team to produce accurate high-quality designs that meet the needs of the project.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Duties and Responsibilities
- Create detailed design drawings using CAD & Revit software.
- Work with other members of the design team to ensure the accuracy of designs.
- Evaluate existing designs and develop new and improved designs.
- Provide technical support and advice to other members of the design team.
- Troubleshoot design issues.
- Ensure design drawings meet industry standards and specifications.
- Maintain documentation of designs.
Qualifications :
Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in architecture engineering computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in CAD & Revit design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit or similar CAD software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
