Job Description

Were on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Marketplace team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity for a driven and experienced sales professional to make a direct impact on foodpandas growth. This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Sales Lead.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving growth across our marketplace by:

  • Leading the execution of strategic sales plans to onboard new vendors to the foodpanda platform.
  • Introducing foodpandas suite of services and solutions to prospective partners through both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Negotiating and closing high-value deals with key partners across the F&B FMCG and retail sectors.
  • Ensuring a seamless handover to the Vendor Onboarding team and supporting activation efforts for newly signed accounts.
  • Gathering and analyzing market insights to identify emerging trends competitor activities and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing Operations and Account Management to ensure exceptional partner experiences.

Qualifications :

What you need to be successful

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales business development or partnership rolespreferably within F&B retail or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in selling tech or software solutions to businesses.
