Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the quality availability and timeliness of the service delivery;
- Lead all service phases ensuring smooth start-up operations and handover;
- Manage service team operations resource allocation workload and team spirit;
- Act as primary contact point for ESA;
- Prepare and manage service plans progress reports KPIs and documentation as needed;
- Report to HE Space on a regular basis as needed;
- Monitor risks handle issues and ensures their timely resolution;
- Drive service performance monitoring reporting and continuous improvement (to me most important);
- Set individual and team objectives;
- Participate in the annual performance of team members;
- Plan prepare and lead meetings to conclude the various phases e.g. Service Readiness Review Service Operations Review Quarterly Progress Meetings;
- Take minutes of such meetings to ensure signature at the conclusion of the meeting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field;
- 2-3 years of experience in managing services and collaborating with external stakeholders;
- Experience in supervising and motivating teams;
- Great communication and organization skills.
