- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for vendors.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise vendors with device usage and procedures.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contact
- Monitor the onboarding process and make adjustments as necessary to improve the experience.
- Ensure all vendors adhere to the full onboarding process before launch
- Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include vendor-facing and internal-facing projects
- Informing the line manager and finance department about the damaged lost or stolen tablets and whether to be replaced.
- Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure a smooth vendor journey and a high quality of vendor experience within the platform.
- Accurate and timely reporting and resolution of issues and key operational results.
- Give detailed attention oversee and drive program strategy project delegation and program implementation..
- Provide practical support such as assistance with paperwork and compliance checks
- Ad-hoc tasks.
What do you bring to the table
- At least 2 years of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in a similar organisation like ours.
- Strong sense of ownership urgency and a solution-oriented mindset when tackling problems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw insights
- Familiar with tools like Jira & Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- A great team player who can also work independently when needed
- Willing to explore new tools take initiative and continuously learn
