Job Description
Were seeking a talented Senior FullStack Engineer who can rapidly transform product ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready applications. The ideal candidate will work independently iterate quickly with direction from product and design teams and build innovative solutions using modern DevOps practices and security standards working in and representing engineering in a cross-functional team that includes product and design.
Position Type: Freelance 12 Month Contract
- Quickly transform abstract product ideas into concrete functional prototypes and scalable solutions often requiring them to be production-ready.
- Independently iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Leverage AI technologies and workflows in application development processes.
- Develop and deploy application solutions using modern DevOps practices and security standards.
- Participate in planning definition and high-level design of solutions.
- Partner with infrastructure and application engineering teams on technical strategy and system integration.
- Provide high-level sizing estimates for new development work.
Qualifications :

- 3 years of professional software development experience with a track record of rapidly building functional prototypes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing the full development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript with experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Express or similar) development.
- Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows including code generation/review and other AI-assisted development practices.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
