Job Description

Contract and perm opportunities available

Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant looking for an opportunity to guide leading organisations through their HR transformation We are seeking a skilled consultant to deliver high-impact solutions for our diverse enterprise and government clients. This is your chance to move beyond internal support and apply your deep expertise in a strategic client-facing role where you will be the driving force behind meaningful change.

 

In this position you will act as a trusted advisor taking full ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off. Your day-to-day will involve designing systems managing configurations and leading client-facing presentations and training sessions. Success in this role means building strong partnerships with stakeholders and delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.


Qualifications :

  • SAP Module Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off. This is the primary technical requirement.
  • Minimum Experience Level: A minimum of 5 years of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Mandatory Certification: You must hold current SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off. This is a non-negotiable requirements
  • Client-Facing Experience: The role is for a consultant so previous experience in a client-facing position is essential. You must be adept at managing client relationships and expectations.
  • HR Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes is necessary to effectively translate client needs into system solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for conducting workshops presenting solutions to stakeholders and building rapport with clients.
