Bosch Mobility Fleet Software Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will actively take responsibility for and shape the software and service strategy within the Bosch Mobility. This includes the development and implementation of software and service strategies to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and securing new telematics and fleet partners developing new market segments visiting customers attending conventions and working on convention-related activities for the product segment Vehicle Health. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving growth in the fleet sector.
Partner Acquisition:
- Identify and secure new telematics and fleet partners to grow our service offerings and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to ensure successful collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Boschs strategic goals.
Market Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Boschs footprint in the telematics industry.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
Customer Engagement:
- Visit customers to understand their needs gather feedback and present Bosch Mobility Software Services solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development sales or acquisition management preferably in the telematics or mobility software industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telematics mobility software services SW sales fleet management and market trends.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to visit partners customers and attend conventions. Up to 50% travel required.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
