Responds to applications and forwards them to the HR Director for classification.
For new hires ensures the following processes are accurately completed by the end of their first working day: start date confirmation Social Security Institution (SGK) employment notification employment contract badge issuance name tag preparation medical check-up departmental briefing preparation of the personnel form registration in the Identity Notification System and notification to the police station.
Responsible for preparing personnel files.
Prepares employee ID and name badges.
Tracks all supplies of the HR office and places orders. Ensures stock control of materials.
Tracks the HR offices invoices files them and delivers them to the finance department.
Distributes copies of forms issued by HR to relevant departments.
Tracks all incoming and outgoing documents.
Makes photocopies and files all documents.
Keeps the office and archive clean and organized.
Prepares and posts daily bulletin board and activity updates.
Qualifications :
Ability to prioritize organize and follow up on tasks.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Conceptual thinking ability and accuracy in all actions.
Mindset focused on service excellence.
Clear thinker capable of analyzing and solving problems with sound judgment.
Balanced analytical and social approach.
May be a university student.
