Job Description
In your new position you will be the key interface to executive management who has the responsibility for either a specific function or a specific product area.
You will act as business partner for the management and closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in plant other regions and HQ in Germany.
You are taking over full FP&A responsibilities:
- Financial planning and targeting
- Actuals and target deviation analysis
- Pro-active steering-oriented business partnering for upper management
- Regular contact and presentation to local and global management and within the global controlling community
- Controlling process optimization.

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or experience in finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experiences in controlling business analysis finance or a similar field.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Pro-activeness and a strong business mind-set.
- Smooth communication in Japanese (Advanced N2) and English (Business Level)
- Knowledge of standard IT tools such as Excel Power point and power BI.
- Finacial qualifications such as CPA Nissho-Boki and so on.
